01. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing the SIPSTRATEGY terminal, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided as a forensic advisory for hospitality operators. All findings, recovery kits, and optimization data are proprietary to SIPSTRATEGY GROUP LLC.
02. Scope of Service
SIPSTRATEGY provides auditing, recovery, and management services. While we aim for 100% credit recovery from third-party distributors, we do not guarantee the response time or cooperation of said distributors.
03. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate invoice and menu data for the forensic audit to be successful. Failure to provide verified data may result in suboptimal audit results.
04. Limitation of Liability
SIPSTRATEGY is an advisory body. We are not responsible for any distributor-led penalties or operational failures within your venue resulting from third-party distributor actions.
